All orders are processed with care and intention to ensure your items arrive smoothly. We offer flat‑rate shipping within Canada for $12 CAD, and orders over $200 CAD ship free.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery timelines vary by region, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

SVÉNA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please reach out through the Inquire page and our customer care team will assist you.
